CHRIST FOR LIFE  Motorcycle club

The objectives of the club Christ for life shall be:

 

  1. To promote and improve the image of God our Father

  2. To function as an organized body

  3. To operate as a non-racial non political body and to reserve the right of admission

  4. The club may not give any of its money or property to its members

 

 

Code of conduct for members of the club

 

  1. The code of conduct shall be binding on members of the club. The following rules of conduct shall be observed

  2. Members shall at all times conduct themselves at meetings in a dignified an orderly manner

  3. All members shall comply wit the aims, objectives and the constitution of the club

  4. No member shal conduct himself/herself in such manner as to bring the club into disrepute

  5. No member shall influence the club in its consideration of a decision on amy matter before it so gain some direct benefit, whether in money or otherwise for himself or herself or any other person or body with whom or which he or she is associated

  6. No member shall be allowed to expose firearm or weapons at any  meeting

  7. Verbal an physical or disrespect in any form, direct to the club or individual will note tolerated at any time and can result in immediate termination of membership of the club

 

 

 

 

Meetings of the club

 

  1. General meetings shall be held every three months at a date determined by the committee and founder members or decided otherwise

  2. Each member should complete the attendance register

  3. Apologies for not attending a meeting should reach the secretary before the meeting

  4. Each three montly meeting to be opened with prayer

  5. Meetings may not be held if a quorum is not present

  6. The founder members and two members of the committee can call a special meeting if they want to but need to inform other committee members the date and place of meeting not less than 21 days prior of meeting. And also inform them about the matters to be discussed

  7. Minutes of all meetings must be kept safely and always be on hand for members to consult

 

 

 

 

Term of office of the club committee

 

 

  1. Elections will be held every year to elect the club committee

  2. Any club committee member may be relieved of office in a meeting

  3. In an event of a club committee member being relieved of offige or resigned his or her positon at that meeting, immediate election for a replacement shall be take place if it is neccasary to appoint in such position again
