Rules of order of the club

 

1. The president/secretary wil be notified in writing before commencement of the meeting of any matters that need to be discussed

2. Each matter to be discussed shall be called by the President(chairmain) and an orderly debate held and controlled by the President (chairman)

3. The following agenda shall be adopted:

4. Welcome by President(chairman)

5. Attendance register and apologies

6. President (chairman) report

7. Secretary report and correspondence

8. Treasurer report

9. Road captains report

10. General discussions

11. Announcement of next meeting

12. Close of meeting by prayer

 

 

General

 

 

1. All relevant club information including the events calender shall be published 

2. All privileged club info sent out to members is for the benefit of members only

3. The onus rest on each member to obide by the road traffic act

4. The club will not attend to any non club matters

5. The club is commetted to serving its members

6. The members shall pursue all complaints, disputes in accordance with the terms and conditions of the above said rules of procedures and agree to be bound by the decision thereof

7. A logo which shall read CHRIST FOR LIFE will be made available to each fully paid member of the club

8. All members are obligated to wear the Logo
